Quick answer

What contract applies to a LocalSERP Proxy purchase?

As of 15 October 2026, a LocalSERP Proxy purchase uses a prepaid US-dollar balance funded in crypto, with no KYC. These terms govern accounts, residential traffic and mobile products, including stock and session limits. Plan credits follow the refund policy. Local checks must respect destination rules and the Acceptable Use Policy.

1. Seller and incorporated policies

The seller is ProxyGoat LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (USA), operating the LocalSERP Proxy service at https://localserpproxy.com. The team has been in the proxy business since 2019. These terms cover the public site, client area, gateway and documented API. The Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy are part of the service conditions. Read them before funding an account. Questions about an order should go to [email protected]; reports about harmful traffic should go to [email protected].

2. Eligibility and account access

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract for yourself or the organisation you represent. No KYC: no ID, no selfie, no documents to sign up, top up or buy. Account-number login; email is optional. Your account number is your login: save it somewhere safe. Add an email (optional) if you want a way to recover it. Without an email, a lost account number cannot be recovered. Keep the account number, passwords and API keys secure. You remain responsible for authorised users and projects using your access. We may refuse or suspend service in case of abuse, fraud or a legal obligation. The service is not available in countries and regions under comprehensive sanctions.

3. Products and what location selection means

Residential plans provide a traffic allowance, not ownership of an address. Country and city targeting on every plan; in the United States also state and ZIP code; ASN targeting at no extra cost. City availability varies. Sticky sessions keep the same IP for the time you set (ttl, in minutes), up to 30 minutes. The IP can change earlier, for example if the residential device goes offline. Rotating mode: each new connection gets an IP from the pool, usually a different one. To get a new IP on every request, send one request per connection (turn off keep-alive). Sticky mode keeps one IP for the session time you set. The city or ZIP requested does not guarantee the location a destination assigns, a fixed street address or a particular local result. Confirm the exit and destination’s displayed location before relying on a test. Mobile products have their own targeting and availability conditions; residential city controls do not apply to rotating mobile traffic.

4. Prices, top-ups and purchase

The price grid shows US-dollar plan prices. Fund the account using BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC with a minimum top-up of $25. The payment page provides the address, exact crypto amount and network for that transfer. Send that amount on that network, then click “I've sent the payment”; a TXID is optional. Payments are matched by their exact amount and the balance is credited once confirmed. Buy the plan using that credited balance. Wallet and exchange fees are separate from the plan price. No crediting time is promised.

5. Balance and delivery

Unused balance stays on your account and never expires, but it is not paid back, except where the law requires it. A plan purchase spends the applicable amount from that balance. Credentials appear in your dashboard as soon as you buy a plan from your confirmed crypto balance. Network confirmation alone is not proof that a target or city is available; review the product and current selection first. If payment appears missing, contact support before sending again and provide the payment reference and transaction information without credentials. New prices govern later purchases, while an already purchased allowance remains subject to the conditions under which it was sold.

6. Traffic allowance, measurement and discontinuation

Prepaid residential and rotating-mobile traffic never expires: unused GB stay on your account until you use them. Usage counts all data sent and received through the proxy (upload and download, headers included). 1 GB = 1,000,000,000 bytes. Connection attempts that fail before reaching the target are not counted. When an allowance is consumed, further traffic requires another purchase. Unused traffic is lost if you delete your account or if it is closed for a breach of these terms. If we stop selling a product, we give at least 30 days' notice to use the remaining traffic or move its value to another product. Account deletion and a balance-credit request are different actions; consult the refund policy before requesting either.

7. Mobile-product conditions

Rotating mobile traffic (per GB). Rotating mobile (per GB): country-level targeting on every plan. This product provides a metered traffic allowance.

Dedicated US ports. These are rented for the stated duration. Unlimited data on your dedicated port, under fair use: the carrier may slow or pause very heavy use. Dedicated ports are subject to stock per country and carrier; the checkout lists the carriers in stock. If we cannot deliver your port within 24 hours, its full price goes back to your balance. Each rotation reconnects your port to the carrier and usually takes 5–15 seconds; the carrier may occasionally hand back the same IP: just rotate again. New IP on demand by rotation link or API call, at most once every 30 seconds. You can also set an automatic rotation timer, from every 2 minutes to every 24 hours. Otherwise your port keeps its IP until you rotate it, although the carrier can change it on its own from time to time. Proxy (data) access only: no SMS, no calls, and no direct access to the SIM card or the device. Use your port from several of your own devices and tools at the same time; bandwidth is shared between them. Reselling or sharing access with third parties is not allowed. Need another country? Ask support: if a port is in stock there, we move your remaining days to it and settle the price difference through your balance (one move per billing period).

Follow the endpoint and credentials shown for the actual product in the client area. Availability and the carrier’s own changes can affect a connection; no individual address is reserved permanently.

8. Use, suspension and third-party decisions

The Acceptable Use Policy applies to every request. Blocked categories: Banking, government and payment-portal sites, plus SMTP (email-sending) ports 25, 465 and 587. Do not defeat those restrictions or continue a project after a destination refuses access. You must hold the permissions needed for collection, application testing or processing personal information. We can restrict or close access for a breach or legal obligation. Closing an account for a breach can remove its unused traffic. A destination may change its pages, choose different location signals or refuse proxy traffic.

9. Credits and mandatory rights

Within 72 hours of purchase, a residential or rotating-mobile plan is credited back to your balance if you used less than 20% of its traffic and no more than 1 GB. A plan that does not work, and that support cannot fix within 24 hours, is credited back in full. Top-ups are credited to your balance and are not paid back, except where the law requires it. Dedicated ports: within 24 hours of delivery (2 hours for a 1-day port), the port is credited back to your balance in full if it does not work and we cannot fix or replace it, or if it has carried less than 500 MB. A port we cannot deliver within 24 hours is credited back in full. If a port stops working later and support cannot fix it within 24 hours, the lost days are credited back. Top-ups are not paid back, except where the law requires it. Read the full policy for the product-specific windows and information to include. A balance credit is not a blockchain payment sent back to a wallet. Any right or remedy that applicable law requires remains available; these terms do not remove non-waivable consumer protections. When reporting a fault, describe the requested location, endpoint, protocol, time zone and redacted error so support can distinguish a gateway issue from a destination decision.

10. Limits of the service and liability

No uptime percentage, speed, success rate, continuous city stock or result on a website is promised here. Local geolocation is an estimate, and a selected exit is one input into a page’s behaviour. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not accept liability for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data arising from use of the service. Liability that cannot lawfully be limited remains unaffected. We do not guarantee the commercial outcome of a ranking audit, advertising check or application test.

11. Applicable law and changes

These terms use the law of Delaware, United States, subject to mandatory protections that apply to you. The date above identifies this version. Material service or policy changes are recorded in the changelog; changed conditions apply prospectively except where law requires otherwise. For a question about the contract or an unresolved order, write to support with the relevant page and order reference. Keep the account number and passwords out of email and shared attachments.
